(ORAL) The present petition has been filed under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India inter alia seeking issuance of a writ in the nature of Mandamus for directing the respondents to close all the newly instituted complaints moved by respondent No.6 against the petitioner. 2.

At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the present petition has been rendered infructuous as the complaints made against the petitioner already stand closed.

In view of the above, the present writ petition is dismissed as having been rendered infructuous.
