(Oral) Instant petition has been filed under Section 439(2) Cr.P.C. read with Section 482 Cr.P.C. for quashing of impugned order dated 09.10.2020 (Annexure P-5) as well as impugned order dated 15.10.2020 (Annexure P-6) passed by Additional Sessions Judge (Fast Track Court), Gurugram, whereby, the accused/respondent No.3 has been granted anticipatory bail in case FIR No.0069 dated 29.09.2020 registered under Sections 376(2)(n), 34, 506 of Indian Penal Code, 1860 at Women Police Station Gurugram and further for cancellation of anticipatory bail granted to the accused-respondent No.3.
