Faced with this situation, learned counsel for the petitioner wishes to withdraw this petition with liberty to avail his legal remedies in accordance with law.

Learned counsel for the respondents undertakes to supply a copy of the award to the petitioner within two weeks. Dismissed as withdrawn.
