G.S.SANDHAWALIA, J. (Oral) C.M. No. 19440-CWP of 2019 has been filed for withdrawal of the writ petition.

Counsel submits that as per Annexure A-1, the petitioner has been regularized w.e.f. 01.06.2016 vide letter dated 27.11.2019 and he does not wish to press the present petition and prays for withdrawal of the same. Accordingly, hearing of the main case is preponed from 27.01.2020 to today.

Application is allowed and the main writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
