By this common order, above mentioned all writ petitions are being disposed of as all the writ petitions involve the same question of law on similar facts.

CWP No. 19301-2018 (O&M) and connected cases -32023:PHHC:135322 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioner(s) submits that the question of law raised in the present petitions has already been decided by this Court by passing order in CWP No. 12858 of 2018- 'Chandan Singh and others v. State of Haryana and others', alongwith other connected cases, decided on 24.08.2023 hence the present petitions be also disposed of in the same terms and conditions.

Learned State counsel on the other hand is unable to differentiate the facts of the present petitions with that of Chandan Singh's case (Supra) in any manner to controvert the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner(s).

Keeping in view of the fact that a detailed order has already been passed on the same issue as raised in the present petitions, hence, the present petitions are also allowed in the same terms as in CWP No. 12858 of 2018- 'Chandan Singh and others v. State of Haryana and others' alongwith other connected cases, decided on 24.08.2i023. 5.

All the writ petitions stand disposed of in above terms. 6.

Civil miscellaneous application pending, if any, is also disposed of 7.

A photocopy of this order be placed on the files of connected cases.
