The present appeal pertains to the year 2011. On 29.01.2024 the following order was passed :

'No one has appeared on behalf of the appellants as well as respondent No.1. In the interest of justice, adjourned to 28.02.2024.

Registry to inform counsel for the parties of the date fixed.' 2.

Today no one has appeared on behalf of the appellants despite the counsel being duly informed. It appears that the appellants are not interested in pursuing the present appeal.

In view thereof, this Court is left with no other option but to dismiss the present appeal for non-prosecution. 4.
