The instant petition has been filed on behalf of the petitioner seeking grant of regular bail in respect of aforementioned FIR. 2.

Learned State counsel has informed that the matter is now fixed before the Trial Court for final arguments on 6.2.2024.

In view of the aforestated position, wherein this Court finds that the trial is virtually at its fag end, it is not deemed appropriate to grant bail at this belated stage. The instant petition, as such, is disposed of with a direction to the Trial Court concerned to take all necessary steps for expeditious conclusion of trial.
