RITU BAHRI, J. (ORAL) Appellant-Charanjit Kaur, has filed the present appeal against the order dated 17.08.2010 passed by the learned Civil Judge (Sr. Division)-Guardian Judge, Dhuri, whereby the application under Section 25 of the Guardian and Wards Act, 1890, filed by the appellant for custody of minor child-Khushi who was born on 08.02.2003, was dismissed.

Learned counsel for the appellant submits that the instant appeal has been rendered infructuous as the minor child-Khushi, has attained majority.
