The jurisdiction of this Court has been invoked under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a writ in the nature of mandamus to decide the legal notice dated 10.05.2026 (Annexure P-6) to respondent No.1 regarding the contractual employees working in the Civil Hospital, Faridabad as Supervisors.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that he will be satisfied in case a direction be issued to the respondent/State to decide the legal notice dated 10.05.2026 (Annexure P-6). 3.

Notice of motion.

Since the official respondents were served with an advance copy of the petition Mr. Deepak Balyan, Addl. AG Haryana, puts an appearance and assures the Court that above-said legal notice will be decided within time bound manner.

Without commenting upon the merits of the case, the respondents/Competent Authority are directed to decide the legal notice dated 10.05.2026 (Annexure P-6), after providing an opportunity of hearing to the petitioners, by passing a speaking order within a period of one week from today. A copy of the said speaking order shall thereafter be supplied to the petitioners within one week.
