(ORAL) In the earlier part of the day, learned arguing counsel for the petitioner appeared and he was told that Constitutional Courts are not supposed to interfere in such matter. However, he sought pass over. At this stage, when the case was called in the post-lunch session, Mr. Randeep Singh, Advocate, appeared and states that he wants to withdraw this writ petition with liberty to approach the concerned Court.
