(Oral) The prayer in this writ petition filed under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India, inter alia for quashing of the order dated 28.07.2016 (Annexure P-2), passed by the Central Administrative Tribunal (for brevity 'the CAT'), Chandigarh Bench in OA No. 060/00651/2016, whereby, the Tribunal had dismissed the original application of the petitioner.

After arguing for sometime, learned counsel for the petitioner states that certain disputed questions of fact are required to be proved by leading cogent evidence before the appropriate Forum, therefore, he may be allowed to withdraw the present writ petition with liberty to the petitioner to take recourse to the remedies by way of civil suit or any other remedy, in accordance with law.

Dismissed as withdrawn. It shall, however, be open to the petitioner to take recourse to the remedies available to him, in accordance with law.
