(Oral) Prayer in this first petition filed under Section 439 Cr.P.C. is for grant of regular bail to the petitioner during pendency of the trial in case FIR No.150 dated 30.4.2023, under Sections 304-B, 34 IPC, registered at Police Station Julana, District Jind. Learned State counsel has filed the custody certificate dated 15.9.2023 in Court today. The same is taken on record. Copy thereof is supplied to the counsel opposite. As per the custody certificate, the petitioner has undergone the total custody of 04 months and 07 days including remission.
