**** RAJ MOHAN SINGH, J.(Oral) Learned counsel for the respondents has placed on record writing dated 20.02.2023 submitted by the petitioner in the context of her satisfaction on receipt of Cheque No.508902 dated 17.02.2023 in a sum of Rs.2,30,488/- and the cheque dated 01.02.2023 in a sum of Rs.3,37,506- towards arrears of DCRG of her husband.

On receipt of the aforesaid cheques, the petitioner has given her willingness to consider the aforesaid amount towards full and final satisfaction of her claim and she has no objection in case the present writ petition is disposed of. Learned counsel for the petitioner is not in a position to deny the aforesaid fact, however, he submits that this writ petition be disposed of at this stage with a liberty to the petitioner that in case the statement of fact with reference to the aforesaid writing is ultimately found to be on explanatory note, then liberty be given to the petitioner to move an appropriate application for revival of the present writ petition. In view of the aforesaid, this writ petition is disposed of as having been rendered infructuous.
