Prayer in the present review application is for recalling the order dated 08.01.2025 passed by this Court in CWP No. 3472 of 2024. 2.

Learned counsel for the review applicant/petitioner submits that the order dated 08.01.2025 passed in the main petition i.e. CWP No. 3472 of 2024 be recalled and the main petition should be decided on merit. 3.

I have heard learned counsel for the applicant/petitioner and have gone through the case file with his able assistance. 4.

The main petition has been decided on merit and the findings have also been recorded in the order dated 08.01.2025. Further, the said order was passed in the presence of the counsel for both the parties as well as the parties who were present in the Court on 08.01.2025. 5.

Merely on the ground that one party is not complying with the directions enumerated in the said order, does not give a right to the other party for making a prayer so as to recall the order dated 08.01.2025 as, in case, one party is not complying with the direction of the said order, RIYA 2025.07.03 09:36 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document

RA-CW-263-2025 in CWP-3472-2024 (O&M) -2appropriate remedy is available with the other party to get the said order executed.
