(ORAL) The instant Petition has been filed under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure seeking Regular Bail on behalf of the Petitioner in case FIR No.844, dated 21.11.2020, registered under Sections 120-B and 420 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 (Sections 467, 468, 471 of the IPC added later on) at Police Station Ambala City, District Ambala. 2.

The Petitioner, who is a woman has remained in detention for almost 2 months since 11.08.2021.

Attention of the Court has been drawn to the affidavit of the Complainant-Smt. Arpana who has stated that the matter has been amicably compromised between the parties and the money taken over by the Petitioner has been redeposited in the Bank account of the Complainant on account of which she is not inclined to take any further action against the DEEPAK KUMAR 2021.10.04 17:43 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document

In this view of the matter, considering the long detention already undergone by the Petitioner, she is ordered to be released on regular bail subject to appropriate terms and conditions to the satisfaction of the Ld. Trial Court/Duty Magistrate concerned.
