(ORAL) The prayer in the present petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. is for formation of SIT for investigation of case outside the jurisdiction and purview of DSP Mohali-Manjit Singh in case FIR No.0152, dated 17.07.2021, under Sections 406/498-A IPC, registered at Police Station Mataur, District SAS Nagar, Mohali.

Issue notice of motion.

On the asking of the Court, Mr.A.S.Gill, Sr.Deputy Advocate General, Punjab, accepts notice on behalf of the official respondents. Learned counsel for the petitioner states that the petitioner would be satisfied if her representations, dated 20.07.2021, Annexures P-4 and P-5, are decided expeditiously.

The petitioner has filed two representations of the same date. If advised she may file a comprehensive representation before respondent No.3.
