(Oral) The present petition has been filed for seeking directions to respondent No.2 to get an investigation conducted in a fair and impartial manner on the representation dated 03.05.2026 submitted by the petitioner from some high rank official and to take appropriate legal action against the accused persons.

It apparent from the perusal of the representation as well as the petition, that there is no iota of allegations that the respondent-authority is not conducting a fair investigation or any reasons on the basis whereof, this Court may assume that the respondent-authority discharging statutory functions are biased or had acted in malice against the petitioner. 3.

Seemingly, the present petition has been filed only to pressurize the investigating agency so as to steer the investigation to the lines of the petitioner herein.

The present petition is accordingly dismissed. 5.
