Present petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. for issuance of directions to respondents No. 3 & 4 to decide representation dated 25.06.2019 (Annexure P4), expeditiously, filed by the petitioner. Learned counsel for the petitioner contended that for redressal of his grievance, petitioner made representation dated 25.06.2019 (Annexure P4) to respondent No.2-the Director General of Police, Punjab, but the same has neither been decided nor any action has been taken thereon. Notice of motion.
