This is a petition seeking directions to respondents No. 2 and 3 to protect the life and liberty of the petitioners and their family members from the hands of respondents No. 4 and 5 arrayed in the petition.

After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission to withdraw the present petition with liberty to avail remedies in accordance with law and to pursue the representation made by the petitioners.
