*** AARADHNA SAWHNEY, J. (ORAL) Petitioner, an accused in case FIR No.42 dated 10.08.2024 registered against him, under Section 80 BNS at Police Station Sehna, District Barnala, has filed the present petition for grant of bail under Section 483 of BNSS. After addressing the arguments for some time, learned counsel submits that the present petition be disposed of with a direction to learned trial Court to expeditiously dispose of the trial.
Heard.
In view of the request made, concerned trial Court is directed to expedite the proceedings and decide the aforesaid criminal case in accordance with law within a period of 45 days from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.
