The present petition has been filed under Section 528 of BNSS (corresponding Section 482 Cr.P.C) with the prayer to direct respondent Nos. 2 to 3 to decide the representation dated 12.05.2026 moved by the petitioner, in fair and impartial manner and to take an appropriate legal action against the accused/private respondents No.4 to 10, who despite committing a cognizable offence are roaming scot-free. 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioner has preferred a representation/complaint dated 12.05.2026 (Annexure P-5) to respondent No.2-Senior Superintendent of Police, Patiala, but no action has been taken so far. Learned counsel also submits that the petitioner would be satisfied if directions are issued to respondent No.2-Senior Superintendent of Police, Patiala, to look into the aforesaid representation/complaint dated 12.05.2026 (Annexure P-5) and take appropriate steps in a time bound manner.
