RAJESH BINDAL, J Learned counsel for the State has produced in court the order dated 20.12.2014 passed by the District Education Officer, Sonepat, whereby, the date of regularisation of the petitioners has been ante-dated to 27.1.1999 instead of 8.5.2003.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the aforesaid order satisfies the claim of the petitioners only to the extent of ante-dating the date of regularisation. As a consequence, the petitioners would be entitled to annual increment/ACP, but regarding that nothing has been mentioned.

Learned counsel for the State submitted that whatever the consequence follows with the ante-dating of the date of regularisation of the petitioners, the benefits due to them shall be granted. Considering the stand taken by the learned counsel for the State, the present petition stands disposed of.
