The petitioner has filed the present petition seeking a direction to the respondents to hand over possession of the land belonging to the Gram Panchayat. The needful has not been done despite warrants of possession having been issued.

Learned counsel for the State, on telephonic instructions received by Mr. M.L.Garg, Deputy Director, Panchayat, Haryana from Mr. Kapil Sharma, District Development and Panchayat Officer, Kurukshetra submitted that needful shall be done preferably within a period of four weeks.
