The present petition has been filed under Section 438 Cr.P.C. for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioners in FIR No.0035 dated 17.05.2022 registered under Sections 420, 120-B and 170 IPC, at Police Station Balachaur, District SBS Nagar.

After arguing for some time, learned counsel on instructions submits that the petitioners are ready to surrender before the trial Court and prays that their bail applications be ordered to be decided in a time bound manner.

In view of the prayer made, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, present petition is disposed of with a direction to the learned trial Court that in case the petitioners surrender on or before 10.09.2023 and file an application for grant of bail, the trial Court is requested to decide the same, expeditiously, in accordance with law.
