******* SURINDER GUPTA, J.(Oral) Petitioner moved application (Annexure P-4) before Senior Superintendent of Police, Patiala alleging that FIR No.131 dated 22.06.2019 registered at Police Station Sadar Patran, for the offence punishable under Section 323, 341, 506, 148, 149 Indian Penal Code is wrong and was got registered by complainant on the basis of self suffered injuries. He has sought investigation in the matter by some senior officer. The petitioner is also apprehending danger to his life at the hands of Bhag Singh and others. Without expressing any opinion on merits, this petition is disposed of with direction to respondent No.2-Senior Superintendent of Police, Patiala to look into the grievance of petitioner and take appropriate action in accordance with law.
However, it is made clear that the above order will not be interpreted as providing protection to the petitioner from any action taken in any civil, criminal or any other proceedings initiated/pending against him in accordance with law.
