Petitioner has approached this Court praying for quashing of impugned orders, Annexures P-9 to P-11, dated 23.02.2018, passed by Assistant Collector Ist Grade, Patiala, whereby he has wrongly rejected the objections filed by the petitioner against the impugned modes of partition, Annexures P-1 to P-3, dated 15.01.2018. It is also prayed to quash impugned modes of partition, Annexures P-1 to P-3 as the same are wrong, illegal, unjust and arbitrary.

Learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of this petition with liberty to the petitioner to avail alternative remedy. 3.
Allowed as prayed for.

Petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty aforesaid. Petitioner is directed to approach the learned Financial Commissioner for MEENU 2024.05.30 17:15 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document

It is also directed that if petitioners file revision petition within one month from today, then learned Financial Commissioner is directed to take into consideration the period spent before this Court in pursuing this petition as per Section 14 of the Limitation Act. 5.
Till then, the interim order granted by this Court vide order dated 12.10.2018, would continue.
