Present writ petition is for quashing the inaction of the official respondents as enquiry report dated 15.03.2018 (Annexure P6) highlighting the irregularities and embezzlement of public money was submitted and recovery of an amount of Rs.3,79,388/- was to be effected from respondent No.7, but still no action has been taken on the said report by now, though a period of about five months have elapsed.

Learned counsel for the petitioners contended that for this purpose, petitioners got issued legal notice dated 20.06.2018 (Annexure P7) to the respondents, but it remained unattended by now. In view of above, present writ petition stands disposed of with direction to respondent No.2 to take required action on the legal notice dated 20.06.2018 (Annexure P7), got issued by the petitioners, by passing a Deepak Kumar Bhardwaj 2018.08.07 16:55 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document
