(ORAL) Instant writ petition under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India has been filed for issuance of a writ in the nature of mandamus directing respondent No.5 to recommend the application of the petitioner (Annexure P-3) to General Manager, Haryana Roadways, Narnaul Depot to avail the benefit of free travel facility which has been granted by the State of Haryana to disabled Ex-servicemen as per letter dated 17.04.2008 (Annexure P-2) issued by respondent No.4. Learned counsel for the State has filed reply on behalf of respondent No.4 wherein it is mentioned that free travel facility in Haryana Roadways buses has already been granted to the petitioner.
