CORAM:HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE AMIT RAWAL -.- AMIT RAWAL J. (ORAL) Grievance expressed in the present petition is plain and simple. The petitioner holding diploma in Electronics and Communication Engineering (three years) had earlier with the same diploma applied in pursuance to advertisement caused by the Staff Selection Commission and was issued admit card (Annexure P-3), however, in pursuance to advertisement (Annexure P-4) was not able to open portal for submitting application with aforementioned diploma. Though argument of learned counsel appearing for petitioner on first blush looks very attractive and convincing, however, on going through contents of advertisement, last date for submission of the application was 04.07.

2019 and after even extension of the same, this Court cannot come to rescue of the petitioner by issuing direction for accepting application manually, as the examination for the aforementioned post has already been undertaken. Petitioner can at the best be vigilant as and when any other advertisement is published for inviting applications finding himself to be eligible. Writ petition stands disposed of.
