(Oral) In view of the judgment passed by the Division Bench of this Court, relating to the interim maintenance order under Section 24 of Hindu Marriage Act, the revision petition, as such, is not maintainable. In the given circumstances, counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that she does not want to pursue with the revision petition and the same be dismissed as withdrawn, with liberty to file an appeal. Ordered accordingly.
