The Criminal Writ Petition has been filed under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of directions to respondents No.2 to 5 to protect the life and liberty of the petitioners who are unnecessarily been harassed by respondent No.5 and against whom the petitioners have also filed a complaint dated 16.05.2026 bearing UID No.817038 (Annexure P-2) which has been marked and pending before respondent No.4, however no action has been taken on the complaint till date with a further prayer for issuance of a direction to the respondents No. 2 to 4 to take appropriate legal action on the complaint dated 16.05.2026 bearing UID No.817038 (Annexure P-2).

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are facing trauma and harassment at the hands of the police officials, who are illegally summoning and detaining them, due to which the petitioners are suffering mental distress.

I have heard the submissions made by learned counsel for the petitioner and perused the record.

Keeping in view the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case and the prayer made by learned counsel for the petitioners, the present petition stands disposed of with a direction to the respondents that, in case the petitioners are required for investigation in FIR No. 0154 dated 02.05.2026 , a three days advance notice be served upon them in accordance with law. 7.
