CORAM:

HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE MAHESH GROVER HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE AMIT RAWAL

Present:

Mr. Manoj Kumar Sharma, Advocate for Mr. Harsh Aggarwal, Advocate for respondent No.1.

Mr. Rajat Khanna, Advocaet for respondent Nos.2 and 3.

**** MAHESH GROVER, J. (ORAL) Learned counsel for the petitioner states that the present petition is a mercy petition, considering that the petitioner has already got admission in Computer and Electronics Course, whereas she is desirous of being admitted to the Computer Engineering Course. He states that the seat is lying vacant in Computer Engineering Course, which is denied by the respondents.

We are of the opinion that there appears to be substantial dispute on facts, which we are unable to resolve in writ proceedings. However, we grant liberty to the petitioner to approach the respondents with complete information and request for an adjustment.

YOGESH SHARMA 2018.10.31 17:27 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document CWP-19383-2018 (O&M) In case, the seat is indeed lying vacant in Computer Engineering Course, the respondents may consider her case, if otherwise permissible as per rule.

The present writ petition stands disposed of. ( MAHESH GROVER) JUDGE ( AMIT RAWAL ) JUDGE 17.10.2018 Yogesh Sharma Whether speaking/reasoned Yes/ No Whether Reportable Yes/ No
