The present petition has been filed under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioners in FIR No.470, dated 26.08.2021 registered for offence under Sections 406, 498-A and 506 of Indian Penal Code, 1860 at Police Station City, Kaithal.

CRM-M-40621-2021(O&M) --2-- It has been contended by learned counsel for the petitioners that the petitioners have joined the investigation and fully cooperated and thus, the interim order may kindly be made absolute. Learned State counsel has endorsed the same and submitted that petitioners are no more required for further investigation. In view of the above, the order dated 28.09.2021 is made absolute subject to compliance of conditions as envisaged under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C. and the petition stands allowed.
