RSA No. 3896 of 2008 Learned counsel for the appellant states that since the matter has been compromised between the parties vide written compromise copy of which has been placed on record as Annexure A1, the appellants are not desirous of proceeding further with the present appeal and they have instructed her to withdraw the same.
