(ORAL) Learned senior counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner had withdrawn CWP-16378-2021 on 24.08.2021 with liberty to avail the remedy under bye-law 22 of the Haryana Municipal Corporation Advertisement Bye-laws, 2018, framed by the Municipal Corporation, Panchkula. He submits that petitioner preferred the appeal before the competent authority, but the same was not accepted citing various reasons/objections. Whereupon, it was filed through an electronic mode i.e. e-mail. However, the authorities have still not entertained and taken up the matter.

Mr. Deepak Balyan, learned Additional Advocate General, Haryana, appearing for respondent No. 1, submits that the appeal filed by the petitioner shall be considered and decided by the Divisional Commissioner, Ambala in accordance with law, preferably within a period of two weeks and till a decision thereon, the authorities shall abide by the same interim arrangement that continued pursuant to the order AMODH SHARMA 2021.10.01 15:32 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document
