(ORAL) As per the record on 7th of January, 2022 following order was passed :- "Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that on account of some personal difficulty, the petitioners could not get their statements recorded with respect to the compromise effected between the parties before the trial Court. He thus prays that the parties be given one more opportunity to get their statements recorded before the learned Court below. Request is accepted subject to payment of costs of Rs.10,000/- to be deposited with District Legal Services Authority, Kapurthala.
On doing so, the parties are again directed to appear before the Illaqa Magistrate/trial Court on 10.02.2022 to get their statements recorded with regard to the factum of compromise so effected between them, in terms of order dated DEEPAK KUMAR 2022.09.05 14:09 I attest to the accuracy of this document
CRM-M-41265-2021 -229.11.2021 of this Court.
The trial Court is directed to send its report to this Court on or before 09.03.2022."

Today, Ld. Counsel for the petitioners submits that order dated 7th of January, 2022 awaits compliance as costs of Rs.10,000/- could not be deposited by the petitioners.

Ld. Counsel for the petitioners further submits that he has no instructions from the petitioners.
