******* SURINDER GUPTA, J.(Oral) Learned State counsel on instructions from HC Onkar Singh submits that on representation of the petitioner, FIR No.302 dated 16.10.2019 was registered at Police Station Model Town, Hoshiarpur and thereafter the same has been referred to Police Station, Majitha (rural) for inquiry as the occurrence took place in the jurisdiction of Majitha, police station.

In this case, the petitioner is seeking registration of FIR on his complaint and request of the petitioner has been acceded by the police. None has appeared for the petitioner.

Dismissed for want of prosecution.
