For enforcement of contract for recovery of money, the appropriate remedy shall be to institute a suit and recover the same. Even if it is admitted, the writ petition for enforcement of such contract is not appropriate in the light of law laid down by this Court in CWP No.14621 of 2014 decided on 05.11.2014 following the decisions of the Supreme Court. The petitioner may engage the respondents in such communication as it is appropriate and secure what is due. If the amount is not paid, the remedy will be elsewhere and not through a writ petition.
