**** SANJAY VASHISTH , J. (Oral) By way of present writ petition, petitioner - Ran Singh Gulia, has challenged the order dated 30.08.2017 (Annexure P-2), communicated by respondent No.3 - Asstt. Commissioner, EPFO, Bhavishya Nidhi Bhawan, Sector 3, Industrial Area, Rohtak, Distt. Rohtak, Haryana, whereby, petitioner was supplied with certain information, as asked by him by way of an application dated 09.08.2017, under the Right to Information Act, 2005.

After filing of the writ petition, none had appeared on behalf of the petitioner on 02.11.2019 and 14.11.2023. Even today, there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner. Thus, it being third regular absence, present writ petition is dismissed for non-prosecution. Disposed of.
