Through instant petition, preferred under Article 226/227 of the Constitution of India, petitioners have sought issuance of a writ in the nature of mandamus directing the respondents to re-fix pay and pension w.e.f. 01.04.1979 and draw of arrears of pay and pension etc. in the light of notification/letter dated 15.03.2017 issued by Chief Secretary to Government of Haryana, Finance Department (P-2) with all consequential benefits along with interest @ 18% per annum from the date of accrual till the date of realization. 2.
Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that though petitioners moved representations (P-3 and P-4) followed by legal notice dated 12.03.2018 (P-5) duly served upon the respondents but till date no final decision has been taken. Instant petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent(s) to look into the grievances unfolded by the petitioners in legal notice (P-5) and to take a conscious decision, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.

However, if the petitioners still feel aggrieved against any of the order(s) passed by the concerned authority, they shall be at liberty to have recourse to the remedies available under law as well as to approach this Court.
