(Oral) Learned counsel for the petitioner states that the order dated 12th July, 2016, passed by the Additional Chief Secretary to Government Haryana, Cooperation Department, Chandigarh is already pending consideration before this Court in CWP No. 18449 of 2017. It was also submitted that the interim order has also been passed in the said writ petition.

Accordingly, it was prayed by learned counsel for the petitioner that he may be allowed to withdraw the present writ petition, so as to pursue CWP No.18449 of 2017.
