Financial Commissioner & Principal Secretary,Haryana and others .............Respondents CORAM: HON'BLE MR.JUSTICE JASWANT SINGH Present:- Mr.Mani Ram Verma,Advocate for the petitioner Jaswant Singh,J.(Oral) Petitioner, a resident of Village Khariavas, Block Kairu, District Bhiwani is seeking a direction to the authorities concerned including Deputy Commissioner, Bhiwani for taking appropriate action on the complaints made by the villagers against Sarpanch of the Gram Panchayat of their village for having embezzled huge amounts against works as enumerated in various complaints. It is stated that Director Development and Panchayat Department,Haryana has also directed Deputy Commissioner,Bhiwani to take action at his own level in accordance with law and yet no action has been taken to date.

After hearing learned counsel for the petitioner, at this stage no case for issuing any direction is made out. However, it is hoped that Deputy Commissioner, Bhiwani in the light of the facts of this case and especially the legal notice dated 18.8.2014 (P-2) shall take appropriate action in accordance with law.

Disposed of in the above terms.
