(Oral) The petitioner has approached this Court under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India, seeking direction to the respondent-Bank to respondent the requests made by the petitioners vide Annexures P-6/1 to P-6/9 and make necessary amendment in the loan sanction letter, to indicate that the project of the petitioner is covered under the Technology Up-gradation Fund Scheme (TUFS) of the Ministry of Textiles (MoT), in view of clear Techno-Economic Viability Report (TEVER) (Annexure P-15) of the petitioner Industry. Besides above, certain other prayers have also been made by the petitioner.

After arguing for sometime, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that he may be allowed to withdraw the present writ petition with liberty to the petitioner to take recourse to the alternative remedies as are available to it, in accordance with law.
