Tribhuvan Dahiya, J. (Oral) This petition has been filed seeking a writ of mandamus directing the respondent to regularise the petitioner's service as per policies/ notifications issued in the years 1999, 2002, 2003 or 2011. 2.

Learned counsel appearing for the respondent points out that the matter regarding policies of regularization up to 2011 is subjudice before Supreme Court in SLP(C) No.5222 of 2023.

Keeping in view the aforementioned facts, this petition cannot be entertained at this stage, and is accordingly disposed of, leaving it open for the petitioner to approach this Court in case any right to claim regularisation survives in her after final decision of the Special Leave Petition.
