Petitioner has approached this Court alleging violation of direction dated 27.02.2025, Annexure P-1, passed by the writ Court. 2.

Advance copy of the petition has been served upon the respondent. 3.

State counsel has placed on record a vernacular copy of order dated 01.07.2025, passed by the District Collector, Nuh, whereby appeal preferred by the petitioner, has been adjudicated.
