(ORAL) The present petition has been filed by the petitioner under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, for grant of bail pending trial in case FIR No.115 dated 27.02.2023 registered under Sections 148, 149, 307, 323, 324 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860, (Section 326 IPC and Section 25 of the Arms Act were added later on) at Police Station Gohana City, District Sonepat.

Learned counsel for the petitioner prays for withdrawal of the present petition, at this stage.

Dismissed as withdrawn, as prayed for.
