The petitioner through instant petition under Section 482 of Bhartiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023is seeking anticipatory bail in FIR No.153 dated 23.12.2023 under Sections 406, 420 and 120-B of IPC, registered at Police Station Nurpur Bedi, District Rupnagar, Punjab (Annexure P-1).

Counsel for the petitioner inter alia submits that matter has been amicably compromised with the complainant. 3.
