NAMIT KUMAR J. (Oral) The present petition has been filed by the petitioner under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, seeking a writ of mandamus, directing the respondents - authorities to release the service benefits i.e. leave encashment, GPF fund, gratuity, pension and other benefits along with interest @ 18% per annum as the petitioner has not been paid his complete service benefits even after passing of three years of his retirement.
After arguing the case for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner wishes to withdraw the present petition with liberty to file a contempt petition.
