The present petition has been filed under Articles 226 and 227 of the Constitution of India seeking issuance of writ in the nature of certiorari for quashing the impugned order dated 05.10.2023 (Annexure P-9), passed by respondent No.1- Financial Commissioner, Punjab. 2.

After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner would be satisfied if appropriate directions are issued to the concerned Assistant Collector, First Grade, Patiala to conclude the partition proceedings in pursuance of the remand order dated 05.10.2023 (Annexure P-9); in a time bound manner.
