(ORAL) Appellant-Kulwinderjit Singh, has filed the present appeal against the order dated 25.11.2009 passed by the learned Civil Judge (Sr. Division), Ferozepur, whereby the petition under Sections 8 and 10 of the Guardianship and Wards Act, 1890, filed by respondent No. 2-Gurdial Singh, for appointment as guardian of person and property of minor child-Sahil, who was born on 23.01.2001, was allowed. Learned counsel for the appellant submits that the instant appeal has been rendered infructuous as the minor child-Sahil has attained majority.
